Mother Carolyn (I believe my cat did a better job last year) gives her daughter whatever she wants and had this to say about her daughter’s condition:
There is hope for this child as a recent hospitalization in a children’s hospital in Virginia put Jessica on the road to recovery where she successfully lost almost 300 pounds! Jessica still suffers from the ramifications of being overweight for so long but at least she is on her way to a healthier life style, no thanks to her mother.
According to news sources, Jessica Gaude of Knoxville, Tennessee, consumes 10,000 calories a day. This is comprised of the worst of the worst; Coca-Colas, 15 hamburgers with fries and several kilograms of chocolate (1 kilo=two pounds). Her consumption of food in a single day equals what some children eat in half a year. Her breakfast consists of white bread, potato chips and two litres of coke. And still she wants more.
“She cried and so I gave her the bottle and she just wanted more and more. It was not enough for her and she was constantly hungry.”

The poor child can no longer run, and instead of walking, gets around by rolling across the floor. Under such bodily weight, her bones have already become distorted and her cardiovascular system is severely at risk. The doctors warned her mother that the child’s health is already dangerously at risk and that she could die if not properly treated.
"Now I can play with my friend and be a normal girl . I try to keep going with this and i know that one day i will be ok to have a life like the others girls like me, "

thats disgusting. it's absolutely fine to be chubby (in fact i'd argue it's better!) but to be like this is... there is no word.

Watching the videos wants me to say that the blame should go to the mother IMO she should understand how big her daughter is getting when she didn't move she's killing her kid, also it would help if the mother is on a diet too it would motivate them together for a healthier lifestyle. (:
